I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ankara. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the lower offer received via email. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout, with a beautiful lobby and breakfast hall. Additionally, the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby.
Nothing to improve – all was wonderful!

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the free room upgrade we received. The location was convenient, close to the center and attractions. The staff were friendly and apologized for the miscommunication about the free shuttle.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering complementary coffee and tea. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.
The noise level was unbearable as the hotel is situated near a construction site. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and I was impressed by the facilities provided. The meeting room was spacious and well-equipped, accommodating the needs of the event. The hotel's central location was also a plus, making it easy to access government offices and the parliament.
The only downside was the lack of a reliable and efficient internet connection. As a businessman attending a symposium, I needed a stable internet connection for my work.

We loved the hotel's location near the most beautiful mosque in town and not far from the metro. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, especially when they tried to assist us with directions and breakfast. They even upgraded our room for free after a misunderstanding regarding the free transfer shuttle.
All was good.

I particularly loved the rooms with jacuzzi, a luxurious touch that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and kind staff helping with luggage. I chose the comfort triple room based on the description online, but when I arrived, the room was much smaller than expected. The receptionist acknowledged the mistake in the room size, but there was no solution provided. Additionally, the tea set mentioned in the reservation was missing, and despite multiple requests, it was not provided until check out. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and only one set of toiletries was provided for multiple guests. The hotel facilities were lacking for a four-star rating. However, overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
